The implementation of the project is completed
TownTown, which was initiated a few years ago by Wiener Stadtwerke and with a private property developer, was successfully completed in 2017. At the eastern end of the site, the last building was completed and occupied in mid-2017.
Wiener Stadtwerke holds 70 percent of the TownTown development company and STC Holding 30 percent.
The management of TownTown consists of the managing director Mag. Hermann Nebel and the authorised officer Dipl.-Ing. Matthias Waibel together.
Mag. Hermann Nebel is responsible for the commercial affairs of the management, Dipl.-Ing. Waibel for the technical tasks.
